Unity Campus is a large science park near Cambridge. It’s where world-leading life science companies attract top talent to work in their offices and laboratories.
The whole campus has a community-feel to foster collaboration between the disciplines well beyond the office or laboratory.
Carbon-conscious designs range from industrial heritage to edgy urban cool but all feature strongly on sustainability with all-electric buildings and hi-spec insulation. EPC A was achieved and 99% of all waste generated in construction was diverted from landfill.
TES Mech installed a Mitsubishi HRS installation and provided several specialist services eg medical gases and fume extraction.
The whole project was completed on time and to budget so TES Mech has subsequently been appointed to work on subsequent floors.
