Description
Cat-B fit-out completed across five floors and a plant deck. Heating and cooling are delivered via a newly installed Daikin VRF system, operating in conjunction with two new roof-mounted AHUs. These units incorporate heat recovery systems to enhance the building’s energy efficiency. Additionally, TES installed new Vulcathene drainage and boosted cold water services to support the laboratory and workshop areas.

Project Particulars
This project utilised early contractor engagement which enabled TES Mech to develop the design from RIBA Stage 2 to Stage 5 whilst providing Value Engineering advise on the Mechanical Systems to reduce the overall cost of the project.
