Every business starts somewhere. For TES Mech, our journey began in 2015 with a small, close knit team of engineers who understood each other’s strengths inside out. We worked shoulder to shoulder in a little office in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, united by a simple belief that if you work hard and do things properly, the rest will follow. Those early days were about hard work, building trust and proving ourselves. We took on jobs of all sizes, delivered them to the highest standard, and gradually built a reputation that opened more doors. Soon we grew from a handful of engineers into a team of skilled professionals.
Why We Decided to Rebrand
Fast forward to today and TES Mech is an independent mechanical engineering company with a team of 18 talented people working across a wide range of projects. We have a long term home in Stourbridge and have recently opened an office in the East Midlands to support our growing workload in Cambridgeshire. In November 2025, we will celebrate ten years in business. That is a milestone that means a great deal to us. As that anniversary approached, it felt like the right time to refresh our brand and show the world who we are today while staying true to our roots. Rebranding is not about changing what you stand for. It is about reflecting how far you have come and showing where you are heading next.

With our rebrand comes a number of changes that represent this new chapter. We have introduced a clean and modern new logo, launched a fresh and easy to navigate website, and made the biggest change of all, a new name. TES Mech reflects the work we do, the strength of our team, and the direction we are heading.
The Story Behind the Name and Look
We wanted a name that speaks clearly to our expertise and the strength of our team. TES Mech does exactly that. It is short, clear and tells people what we do. Our new colour scheme takes inspiration from the elements we work with every day: air and water. It is fresh, confident and a reflection of the industries we serve.
