From joining TES Mech at just 18, fresh-faced and eager to learn, Liam Deeley has grown from strength to strength and is now developing into the Project Manager role, Liam’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring.
Over the past six years, he has developed a deep understanding of how engineering excellence shapes successful mechanical projects. His innovative use of technology, particularly CAD design and digital tools has helped drive efficiency and precision across our sites.
Liam has contributed to a range of landmark projects including BT, National Highways, and BCU University House, consistently demonstrating technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to quality.
This nomination for CIBSE Young Engineer of the Year is a well-deserved recognition of his talent, hard work, and passion for the industry. The TES Mech team will be supporting Liam at the CIBSE West Midlands region Awards evening at the Grand Hotel, Birmingham this Friday!
