Each of us has an exceptional talent. That’s why TES Mech invests in every team member.

Clients use us time after time because they buy into our people. It’s the team that makes the TES Mech difference.

We all want to do a proper job and treat others as we want to be treated ie fairly.

Call one of our team and compare our approach with other mechanical contractors you’ve worked with. We hope you feel a difference from the start in being:

  • Proactive – anticipating what you need.
  • Responsive – taking ownership, responsibility and accountability of your job.
  • Respectful – collaborating with you – and the whole supply chain – as a partner because relationships matter.
  • Honest – especially in how we both adapt to challenges.
  • Robust – both technically and with attention to detail.

Adam Spencer
Founder, Owner, MD

I set up TES because I knew there was a better way to deliver projects. We’re all about doing a proper job – within the obvious constraints – and if people don’t want that proper job, then we’re probably not the people for you – either as a client or a team member.

I’m most proud when a project’s handed over and the client says, “your team’s [fill in]’.
