Project Particulars
New Mitsubishi VRF ducted fan coil units were installed throughout the building, supported by roof-level external condensers. A Mitsubishi Multi Split air conditioning system was also installed with floor-standing units and a roof-mounted condenser. A duty/standby AC system was provided for enhanced resilience in critical areas.
Ventilation systems included three ceiling-mounted Nuaire MVHR units with associated ductwork, attenuators, dampers, and grilles. A dirty extract fan was also installed, with discharge at roof level. Ductwork was thermally and acoustically insulated in sensitive areas, and fire dampers were installed in accordance with the fire compartmentation design.
Public health works included the installation of new domestic water and waste connections to serve the kitchenette. This included a new Zip tap, sink, and dishwasher, all connected to the existing building services.
