Cat A fit out of four floors of newly refurbished office space. Works included a large VRF heating and cooling system, working alongside replacement large roof-mounted AHU ventilation distribution systems that fed supply and took away extract air from the floor plates via large-scale ductwork. CPW was the Client-side M&E retained consultant.

Project Particulars

The scope included BREEAM measures such as water shut off systems and leak detection. The design principles of replacing the AHU systems greatly enhanced the efficiency of air movement, increasing the contribution to the building’s inherent sustainability performance. Additionally, we assisted in lifting the building EPC required by the Client from a ‘B’ to an ‘A’ rating.
